List of short/long-term sugar effects:

  • Craving – for sweets or caffeine;
  • Frequently hungry – the amount of food needed to end hunger is increasing;
  • Fat – located on abdomen and/or face (cheeks and/or neck);
  • Tiredness or low energy – even when you wake up;
  • Poor sleep;
  • Cholesterol.
