Have you ever stop and think about the sugar effects on your body?
For the last two years I’m looking for sugar effects, and read about this. Since then the sugar effects on me and on the other ones are visible.
My list about immediate effects of sugar (up to 3 hours after ingestion of sugar):
- Depressive feeling
- Postprandial lethargy
- Slow thinking
- Physical and mental sloth
- Mental fog
- Flatulence / abdominal distention
I’m not talking about diabetes, I’m talking about sugar effects on healthy bodies!
