Have you ever stop and think about the sugar effects on your body?
For the last two years I have been researching the effects of sugar, and have read quite a bit about this subject. I am now capable to see the effects of sugar on me and on others quite easily.
My list of immediate effects of sugar (up to 3 hours after ingestion of sugar):
- Depressive feeling
- Postprandial lethargy
- Slow thinking
- Physical and mental sloth
- Mental fog
- Flatulence / abdominal distention
I’m not talking about diabetes, I’m talking about sugar effects on healthy bodies!
